Thank you God for such a wonderful opportunity to offer Christ-like welcome and hospitality to our local community on this very wet Diamond Jubilee! However, as I have said in my June Blog, I think the rain enabled us to come closer together as we sat down to eat together, and made conversation with those we did not know, and might have missed that opportunity had we all been outside.
