2.      Have you appreciated where you have been/or can be an Elizabeth to someone?

3.      Are we supporting women to have a maternal role in the lives of others?

Devote yourself to prayer

Colossians 4:2-6

1)    The N.I.V. translates “Devote yourselves to prayer being watchful and thankful” the N.R.S.V. uses the words “Keep alert”. What do you think Paul is expecting of the Colossians and therefore us?

2)     How should we be wise in the way we act towards others?

3)     Do you find it encouraging that Paul is expecting the Colossian church to be open to opportunities, and ready to respond, rather than initiating evangelism?
